• Cannot be installed on prefabricated ceilings (acceptable on cement concrete and solid wood beams).
• If your ceiling has round or square grooves, please inform customer service of the groove's diameter and depth.
• Not suitable for sloped ceilings; ensure the beam width is at least 6 cm and the ceiling supports over 20 kg.
